Swingers Ostrava.cz events, hereinafter referred to as SWINGERKLUB, are private events and are only open to people over the age of 18.

Visiting our events is possible with a membership card issued by the Club. The membership card can only be issued by the organizers of the event.

A membership card can be requested but we may refuse to issue one without good reason. In the event of inappropriate behaviour, membership may be revoked and the cardholder can no longer attend our events.

At our events, everyone gets to know each other on the basis of mutual liking and a sexual relationship is formed on that basis. The hosts do not supervise these connections and assume no responsibility for their occurrence or non-occurrence.

The occurrence of any sexual act at our events depends on the existence of mutual sympathy.

Prostitution is strictly prohibited, anyone asking for money for any sexual act will be immediately excluded from our events. If you experience something like this, please inform the event organizers discreetly immediately after the incident, because if someone writes on the bulletin board a few days later that they experienced something like this, we cannot consider it authentic information in the slightest.

We ask all our guests to treat other guests with the proper respect. The cornerstone of swingers is tolerance, and we not only want to talk about it, but also expect tolerant behavior towards each other. If someone has a problem, the organizers will find a solution.

It is strictly forbidden to take any still or moving pictures or audio recordings at our events. If anyone breaks this rule, we will immediately remove them from the event, but ensure that the finished recording is destroyed before they leave the venue.

Those arriving in pairs will also leave in pairs. If one member of a pair leaves the event, their partner must also leave.

Consumption or distribution of drugs at events will result in an immediate and permanent ban and police action.

Smoking is prohibited in the entire club area, including restrooms, and imitation cigarettes with heating sticks and other liquids are also prohibited.

We ask everyone to keep clean and not to leave behind towels, condoms or paper towels used in the rooms. Put used towels and sheets in the laundry basket, condoms and paper towels in the trash!

You wouldn’t be happy if you couldn’t use the room after the company that used the room before you. The person coming after you feels the same way. The staff will do their best to keep things tidy, but of course it may be that when a room becomes available, none of the help will be there.

In all cases, the word NO means that the person who says it does not wish to be approached by the person to whom the forbidden word was spoken. If someone does not understand the meaning of this short word, they are not eligible to participate in the event and must therefore leave the club premises.

We ask that you use the locked room only until your wishes are fulfilled. It is not possible to sleep or “move in” during the party.

Please either hand in your locker key at the desk or keep it in such a way that if it is lost you will have to pay £500 to replace the lock.

We ask that you always use a condom!

Under no circumstances are the event organisers liable to compensate attendees for any incidents that occur, as everyone attends the event of their own free will and by entering they agree to all points of the policy.

It is forbidden to bring glasses into the rooms and spa! If a glass or plate is broken during the party, it is not possible to clean it up completely, but glass shards can cause serious injury. We want to avoid this.

We ask everyone to handle events with the utmost discretion. No one would want to hear stories of their own adventures at another club or society.

Even if we know a guest’s email address or phone number, we will not give it to anyone, even if they ask for it. Letters of information about the club and the swinger can be sent to the email address listed with the club card.

If the room door is closed or the curtains drawn, it probably means that those inside do not want additional characters to augment the established society. Therefore, please do not spoil the mood of those inside enjoying themselves by knocking or pulling on the door.

The purpose of curtains in front of windows in rooms is clear: If someone wants to be peeked at, in which case they can pull the curtain, if they would mind prying eyes in the window, then the curtain makes the events inside invisible. If the curtain is drawn, you cannot see in, so please do not disturb people inside by knocking.

Please don’t be noisy when coming and going, the club’s location in the city centre also means that loud noise in the early hours can disturb people living on the street. So please refrain from such behaviour.

Ladies are asked not to step on to the bedding area wearing high heeled stiletto shoes, both because it is unhygienic and because the heel of the shoe can puncture the bedding area cover. In this case, the club is liable for compensation!

The event organisers reserve the right to pursue their claim for compensation against the person causing the damage if any of the guests at the event deliberately cause damage, therefore they are entitled to record personal details in a log after the incident and verify the authenticity of the details.

+1: Club Events are always private events where the Event Organisers decide who can attend Club Events, in the event of behaviour that is not in accordance with Club rules, the Organiser may remove the disruptive guest from any Club Event.

And one of the most important: Man you enter here, forsake all virtue!
